Walter Isaacson

Walter Isaacson is the Leonard Lauder Professor of American History and Values at Tulane University. He is the author of biographies of Benjamin Franklin, Elon Musk, Jennifer Doudna, Steve Jobs, and Albert Einstein. He has been the editor of Time, CEO of CNN, CEO of the Aspen Institute, and chair of the board of Teach for America. In 2023, he was awarded the National Humanities Medal.
